The problem
We sell to sports clubs, which means thousands of small prospects. A useful first message needs research: what the club does, what software it uses, and why it might switch.
Done by hand, that took 15 to 20 minutes a prospect, so most were never reached.
What we did
We automated the research, not the relationship
Research was the bottleneck, not writing. We built an engine that finds every club in a city through search and maps, reads its website, identifies the software it uses, compares that with ours, and writes one line on why it should switch.
We sorted prospects by situation
Clubs on a competitor's software get a different message from clubs still running on spreadsheets and email. Campaigns run by sport and region, so each message fits the club that receives it.
The principle
Automate the research a good rep would do, and keep people for the conversation.
The results
Every prospect in a region is now researched in seconds, where it used to take 15 to 20 minutes. Our time goes into conversations, not lookups.
What this means for your company
If your team sells to many smaller accounts, research is usually the hidden cost. It's often the fastest return in an AI Priority Roadmap, and a good first Guided Build.
