Your team does, with us alongside. We set up the method and standards, coach as you go, and review the work that carries risk. That way the capability stays with you, and nothing depends on us.

The judgment about what's worth building, the method and standards that make it production-grade, and a clear build-or-keep call on the software you already pay for. AI makes building easy and building well hard; we've done it in our own company first.

Leadership teams at established companies, usually with $10M or more in revenue, and the private equity funds and family offices that own them, in Canada and the US.

Less than you might expect. The workshop is one day with your leadership team. The roadmap needs a few interviews and access to the right data. During a Guided Build, the people building spend most of their week on it, and leaders join a short weekly review.

We sign your NDA before anything is shared, work inside your own systems, and agree with you upfront which AI tools are used and how your data is handled. Customer data is never used for testing.

Fixed fees, agreed before we start, with no hourly billing. We agree baselines in the AI Priority Roadmap, such as cycle time, cost per task or output per person, and report against them every quarter.
