AI consultants who still run a company
We started One Three Nine after rebuilding our own business with AI. A profitable, bootstrapped sports software company, now in its sixth year, runs on three people instead of ten, and each of us gets more than three times as much done. We did it in phases, learned what was worth doing and what wasn't, and we keep testing new methods there every week. Nothing reaches a client until it has worked for us.
We learned at global companies and top schools, then proved it in our own business.

The founders
Brothers who have built and run a business together. Between us: AI at global scale, and product built for real users.

Shashank BK
Founder
Held several Head of AI roles at IBM, across technical sales, product management, competitive strategy and enablement, each with global responsibility. Built and scaled IBM's Data Science Platform, and designed AI programmes for executives worldwide. Built the automation in our own company across sales, marketing and engineering. BEng; MBA and Master of Management Analytics, Smith School of Business, Queen's University.

Krupank BK
Founder
A seasoned product leader who has worked at various tech companies, with a degree from the University of Waterloo. He leads product and design in our company. His view: with AI, everything you build is a product, and needs a clear user, a defined problem, design standards, measures of success and an owner.
What we won't do
Three rules we hold ourselves to.
Recommend anything we haven't tested ourselves
If it hasn't worked in our own business, it isn't in our advice.
Sell you AI you don't need
Some ideas aren't worth doing yet. We'll say so, even when it means a smaller engagement.
Leave you dependent on us
We set up, coach and review, then hand everything over. If it only works while we're in the room, we haven't done our job.
